Dean Aamodt – President
Dean has over 30 years of experience in the millwork and
cabinetry industry. During Dean’s tenure as President of the
company, he has held many positions with different
organizations. Most recently he held the office of Secretary on
the Board of Directors for the
Cabinet Makers Association . Dean graduated from the University of Wisconsin-River
Falls with a degree in Biology. Outside of work Dean
enjoys sports, hunting, fishing, and most importantly,
spending time with his grandchildren and family. Dean
currently resides in Menomonie, Wisconsin with his wife,
Shelley. Dean was recently acknowledged for his
part in the CMA in
this article on ISWonline . |

Eric Aamodt – Director of Sales & Marketing
Eric brings much added experience in the sales and marketing
efforts of the business. Eric is responsible for the day to day
sales and marketing strategies. He is a graduate of University
of Wisconsin-Stout with a degree in General Business
Administration. Outside of work Eric loves nothing more than
spending time with his family. In addition to family time, Eric
loves watching and playing sports, hunting, fishing, and playing
guitar. Eric resides in Hudson, Wisconsin with his wife, Teri,
and their children Stephen and Mykena. |
Shelley Aamodt –
Human Resources
Shelley handles the company’s Human Resources and
utilizes her art and design background in many aspects
of the business. For many years Shelley was
a school teacher. She received her degree in Education and Art from the
University of Wisconsin-River Falls. Shelley loves to be with
her family and to spend as much time with her grandchildren as
possible. In addition to family, she enjoys movies, spending
time with friends and traveling. She resides in Menomonie,
Wisconsin with her husband Dean.

Siri Benrud – Director of Accounting
Siri (Aamodt) Benrud handles the accounting operations for the
company as well as the photography. Siri has her degree in
Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. In
addition to her time spent in the office, she has recently
started her own business, Siri Benrud Photography
www.siribenrudphotography.com. Besides spending time with her
family, photography is her passion. Siri resides in Menomonie,
Wisconsin with her husband, Andy Benrud and their children, Alexis
and Allysa. |

Lenarz – Production Manager

John handles the daily production duties and
tasks for our cabinetry from start to finish.
With his experience in computer programming, he
is also the company’s IT expert. John has a
Master of Science degree in Forestry from the
University of Minnesota. When not working in the
shop, John enjoys spending time with his family,
hosting a local folk music gathering, and
working on his farm. John resides in Spring
Valley, Wisconsin with his wife, Sonya and son,
Randy. |

Michelle Cormican – Project Manager
Michelle is responsible for the daily administrative
duties and is the project manager for our subsidiary
company,
Valley Custom Creations. Michelle enjoys working
with customers and being able to create something unique
for them which will become a lasting treasure. Michelle
is currently pursuing her degree in Sociology from the University of
Wisconsin-River Falls. When she is not in the office,
she loves to spend as much time as possible
with her children, family, and friends. She enjoys
canoeing, camping, biking, and sleding.
Michelle resides in Spring Valley, Wisconsin with her
three children, Adam, Brianna, and Craig. |

Jim Bettinger – Operations Manager

Jim works in all phases of electrical, mechanical and
engineering processes. He is a tremendous asset to the company
with his knowledge of lumber and machinery, his
craftsmanship, and his great attention to detail.
All of this ensures our products meet the
standards of excellence that we strive for each
and every day. Jim graduated from the University
of Wisconsin-Stout with a degree in Industrial
Education. Jim loves traveling, hunting, fishing
and spending time with his family. Jim resides
in Boyceville, Wisconsin with his wife, Karen.
They have two daughters, Amber and Aubrie. |

Orin
Moore – Operations Manager
Orin “Ornie” Moore is our special
projects coordinator and has been with the company over 40
years. With his experience, he brings knowledge and
precision in the day to day operations. Ornie also
handles the strong relationship we have with Andersen Windows
and has done so for over 40 years. Ornie's positive attitude
towards putting the customer first as well as his dependability
ensures that all products are the highest quality and are
consistently delivered on schedule. Ornie is well-known by
others for his passion of fishing, hunting, and above all, metal
detecting. His wife, Linda, and his daughter, Nicola, are also
employees of the company. They all reside in Spring Valley,
Wisconsin. |
